How do I thank you? What an evening. It was magical. You are the consummate professionals. So efficient, so poised, the attention to detail. You make everything seem easy, effortless. I, queen for the night, my guests so comfortable. One of our guests thought we were all family. George and i feel that way.The food was so delicious, what a chef you are Bobby. How did everything come out perfectly, warm and to the desired temp? Loved the lessons on cheeses and meats. The oil was delicious.

Without your help Kelly I never would have been able to seat my guests and I meant what I said about sharing my china.

Our only complaint? Why did the evening have to end?

Kathy and Michael were wonderful, a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed meeting chef John, yet another calm, adept member of your staff. We are looking forward to the 18 and 20 th of July. Suzie is so excited for her day in the sun.
